Use Cases: A 1 to 1.5 day seminar, normally followed by a 0.5 to 1.5 day workshop that is usually tailored to use actual project-related workproducts, depending upon the project's progress and status. Often the initial 0.5 to 1 day is attended by management and/or customers/stakeholders.

OOAD with UML

Educate your team members to achieve an economically significant level of benefit from OOAD!

Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) with UML: A 3 to 5 day seminar that starts with the Unified Process and progresses through requirements analysis, software architecture discovery and object-oriented design, all using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Often the initial 0.5 to 1 day is attended by management and/or customers/stakeholders.

Use Cases options: - Rational Rose - Workshop	2 Days or 3 Days with Workshop Option	For projects/teams that have not done any Use Case work or have done some Use Case work but are struggling or finding that they've developed "useless cases" that don't add much value.
RUP	1 Day	For team members and stakeholders who work within the Unified Process.
RUP	2 Days	For team members who are responsible for tailoring and driving the Unified Process.

Our training materials are all quite modular. Some level of customization, based upon the project/team's requirements, is quite common.

Training is often part of a larger engagement model that includes follow-on, on-site mentoring and often some off-site, on-going checkpoint reviews until the team is rolling along smoothly.
