Significantly enhanced the User Interface, especially for doing Add-Ons and Upgrades:
- Completed the UI for the underlying Add-On and Upgrade capabilities:
  - Multiple Upgrade IDs or Add-On IDs can be applied to a single License ID
  - A single Upgrade ID that has multiple license upgrades can be applied to multiple License IDs
  - A single Add-On ID that has multiple add-on licenses can be applied to multiple License IDs
- Added detection of, and multiple notifications for, possible and existing "lost license" scenarios—and what to do to prevent or recover from these.

- Probably runs on Windows 2003 Server and NT, but is not tested
Currently, the only available interface is via Java
- A Windows-native interface is planned
