- Press the "Next" button
- In your web browser, click on the "Show Licensing Info Transactions" link in the Licensing Requests report to see your license information transaction
- De-Activate the license (enabling you to move that license to a different system)
- select the "De-Activate this Application's License (I'm Changing Systems)" radio button
- press the "Next" button
- press the "OK" button to acknowledge the confirmation message
- Attempt to Re-Activate the license ... not allowed because that system's not currently licensed!

- press the "Next" button
- agree to the simulated Software License Agreement
- press the "OK" button to acknowledge the failure message
- Refresh the Licensing Requests report to see the license de-activation and attempted re-activation transactions
